Foundations Week is structured, personalised support.

To ensure this week is appropriate for your dog and that you are in a position to make real progress, you will need to complete a detailed behaviour questionnaire before your place is confirmed.

This form allows me to understand:

  • Your dog’s history and current behaviour

  • How they respond when left alone

  • Any previous training attempts

  • Your current absence management

  • Your availability to train consistently during the week

This helps me assess both your dog’s starting point and whether Foundations Week is the right level of support for you.

Once your questionnaire is reviewed:

  • You will receive confirmation of suitability

  • You will be invited to secure your place

  • Or, if Foundations Week is not the best fit, I will recommend the most appropriate next step
