Separation Anxiety Foundations Week

Start Separation Anxiety Training the Right Way

Foundations Week applications are now closed

If you’ve been researching, watching videos, reading guides and still feeling unsure where to begin, you are not alone.

Separation anxiety training works best when it is gradual, measured and tailored to your individual dog.

Starting at a level that is already too difficult, or increasing time too quickly, can push your dog beyond their comfort zone.

When that happens, progress often stalls and confidence takes longer to rebuild.

The Foundations Week is designed to give you clarity, structure and expert guidance from the very beginning, so you don’t waste weeks second-guessing yourself.

Who This Is For

This week is for you if:

  • You know your dog struggles when left alone

  • You are unsure how to begin safely

  • You are worried about making things worse

  • You want expert guidance to ensure you start at the right level

  • You are ready to take structured action

This is not a quick fix.

It is a structured starting point for owners who want to build their training on solid foundations.

Why Starting Correctly Matters

Separation anxiety training works when it is:

  • Gradual

  • Structured

  • Based on your dog’s real comfort level

  • guided by your dog’s progress

Common early mistakes can include:

  • Starting at a level that is already too difficult for your dog

  • Increasing time too quickly

  • Misreading subtle stress signals

  • Accidentally pushing your dog beyond their threshold

These mistakes are incredibly common, and completely understandable.

But they can slow progress and increase frustration for both you and your dog.

The Foundations Week ensures you begin correctly, with clarity and confidence.

What to Expect During Foundations Week

Over 7 days, you receive:

✔ A full assessment Zoom call
✔ Your first five personalised training plans
✔ Detailed video review of each session
✔ WhatsApp support throughout the week
✔ A comprehensive guide to help you continue training with confidence after the week

You will know exactly:

  • Where to start

  • How to progress

  • What your dog’s body language means

  • How to structure and adjust sessions safely on your own

  • How to continue building duration confidently after the week ends

This week sets the tone for everything that follows.

How This Optimises Your Training

Instead of spending weeks:

  • Trying random techniques

  • Wondering if you are doing it correctly

  • Feeling unsure whether progress is happening

You start with:

  • A clear baseline

  • Structured guidance

  • Professional feedback

  • Confidence in your approach

Many owners tell me the biggest shift isn’t just in their dog.

It’s in how calm and capable they feel once they have a clear plan.

Important to Know

Seven days is not enough to fully resolve separation anxiety.

Meaningful progress takes time, consistency and careful pacing.

This week is designed to:

  • Build strong foundations

  • Prevent early setbacks

  • Teach you how to structure and progress training safely

  • Give you the confidence to continue beyond the initial starting point

Many owners use this week to move forward independently with a clear, structured plan.

For those who prefer ongoing guidance, continued support is available.

Either way, you begin with clarity and a solid framework in place.

Investment

Price: £129

Spaces are limited for each intake to ensure every dog receives individual support.
Applications close Tuesday 31st March.

How to Apply

To ensure this week is suitable for your dog, you will be asked to complete a detailed behaviour questionnaire before securing your place.

This allows me to:

  • Assess suitability

  • Understand your dog’s current situation

  • Ensure you are in a position to suspend absences during training

  • Confirm this is the right level of support

This helps protect your dog, your progress and your investment.

Is This Right for You?

This is not suitable if:

  • You are unable to suspend absences during training

  • You are looking for a quick fix

  • You are not able to commit to five 30-minute sessions during the week

This is ideal if:

  • You are ready to follow a structured plan

  • You want expert oversight from the beginning

  • You value doing things properly
